Prajit Nandi

Prajit Nandi has worked on Temperature Sensors, High Voltage Charge Pumps in High Volume Production technology of the Toshiba-SanDisk fab at SanDisk. Also, he has worked on architecture definition to silicon characterization of various circuits like high precision curvature compensated Band-Gap circuits, Temperature dependent control Gate Voltage Generator for NAND in the 55nm process.

He is currently leading teams involved in developing DC-DC buck converters, Voltage References, Phase Locked Loops and Delay Locked Loops and Data Converter designs at Sankalp Semiconductor in different process nodes of various fabs.

Prajit holds 5 US Patents on Charge Pumps and Voltage Regulators. He has co-authored a paper on stability analysis of multi loop capacitor-less LDOs. He was instrumental in setting up the Kharagapur center of Sankalp. Prajit is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Techonology Kharagpur, India.
