For every five person engagement, Sankalp provides an additional person’s bandwidth for contingency needs, support and methodology / flow enhancement. The Client is billed according to the resources consumed during execution of the project. This model allows for flexibility while the project is ongoing. |

| Fixed Price Turnkey Solutions / Fixed Cost |
| For a predefined scope and activity estimate with a defined start point and deliverable . Scope of turnkey engagement can be spread over different phases of the design service or solution. The cost of the project is mutually decided up-front and the promised deliverables are executed. |

| Offshore Development Center |
| Physically isolated office in Sankalp premises with access restricted to employees approved by the client . Work can be done through client’s network or our own computer network. IP security and flexibility are the benefits of this model. |

| Token Based Services |
| Clients can buy tokens which buys them certain hours of our services and use them at any time of the year. This model is preferable for clients looking for consulting services. |

| Ready-to-use IPs |
| Clients can license our soft IPs or hard IPs which are GDSII ready. Hard IPs can be silicon/production proven and ESD tested. |
